AGC of Kansas’s Political Action Committee is a stand alone political arm for the AGC membership and is represented by a full time lobbyist based in Topeka. We have partnered with AGC of America’s PAC which is represented with 12 full time lobbyists in Washington D.C.
AGC of Kansas has over 50 educational partners for training (high-schools, community colleges, & four-year institutions)
Competitive group Health Insurance & Workers’ Compensation programs that are offered to AGC of Kansas members were developed by contractors for contractors & the construction industry.
Monthly AGC publications provide members with current information on issues and subject matter that affects a company’s bottom line.
AGC of Kansas provides an attorney on retainer to provide members with assistance on construction-related issues.
The AGC-OSHA Safety Partnership provides “Best Practices” outreach training to improve jobsite safety. AGC of Kansas provides cost effective and high quality safety & management training programs: OSHA 10 Hour, Foreman, Superintendent, & Project Management Training.

Public Agency Relationships
AGC of Kansas has, for years, worked with the decision makers within the federal, state, and city/county municipalities to discuss issues that affect the construction industry, ranging from specifications, payment and other public bid law matters, in order to bring some type of resolutions to the table for a WIN-WIN scenario.
