AGC of Kansas has dedicated staff to assist our members with addressing their workforce development needs and can meet with its members in developing a strategic plan to address these needs.
AGC of Kansas provides its members with a wide range of workforce development programs. These programs include but are not limited to project manager/superintendent training to craft training programs. Some of these programs are in partnership with our vast network of training partners (see map of Kansas and our NCCER training partners.
AGC of Kansas can customize these workforce development programs to meet your company’s needs and compliment your company’s efforts to deliver cost effect and quality training for your employees.
In addition, AGC of Kansas provides a career path for the younger generation including AGC of Kansas/NCCER craft training curriculum offered in the Kansas High-Schools, Community Colleges and Four Year Institutions.
