This construction task force reviews existing alternative project delivery laws and statutes that allow for various procurement options, such as Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), on publicly funded projects in the state. Our goal is to determine if an existing law does not meet the needs and expectations of both policy makers and the construction industry.
