AGC of Kansas is the state’s leading construction legislative lobby and most active political action organization for the construction industry. We represent our members through a full-time lobbyist in Topeka as well as through AGC of America’s 12 full-time lobbyists in Washington, D.C. Capital-to-capital, we fight for pro-business legislation to benefit the construction industry in Kansas.

Policy makers in the Senate and the House and in the Kansas governor’s office turn to us for insight on issues affecting the construction industry. Together, our goal is to make Kansas a top business state, attractive to companies expanding in the state and from across the country. We also work to ensure our state’s infrastructure can support economic development and to increase the quality of life for Kansans.
