Who We Are

The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is a professional group within AGC of Kansas created for young and emerging leaders. Our mission is simple: to connect, educate, and engage the next generation of construction professionals. We provide a supportive environment where members can share ideas, build leadership skills, and gain industry insight while developing strong relationships with peers and mentors.

The CLC empowers emerging leaders in Kansas’ construction industry. Through networking, leadership development, and community involvement, we prepare professionals to shape the future of construction.
